Cancellation policies:

– For cancellations only 24 hours before and a 20% charge will be charged.
– The activity may be canceled in case of bad weather o port closed,
but you can reschedule your tour for other day or you can request a refund
– For medical reasons, a medical prescription is required to prove it.
– For any other reason, there is a 100% compensation and there is no refund.
– To reschedule your departure only 24 hours before.

Recommendations:

**In order to dive you must wait 18 hours before taken an airplane flight
**Eat light foods before diving
**Drink a lot of liquid
**Don’t drink alcoholic  before a dive
**Minimum age for diving 12 years
**Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
**You must fill out a medical form to check your health status.
**Pregnant women can not perform this activity
